Cruel Summer, Sweet Relief

6/27/25

Happy (almost) July!

A little early with this newsletter but there are some excited things I wanted to get to you! Let’s start with some current faves and things on my wishlist (because my birthday is coming up in August and my husband gets these newsletters, hi Max!)

Favorites

fhe BEST top for long runs (for the gals) - so much room for gels and a soft flask, truly life changing.

favorite easy protein drink - dark chocolate is my fave and it’s good with an iced coffee too!

favorite book from June and another one because I had two favorite books this month and I cant choose! (please talk to me about these books at your next visit, I have so much to say!)

Wishlist

these headphones for long runs because it seems like every cool runner has them and I want to be cool too

more of these running shorts because they’re so good !!!!

the BEST socks, worth every penny, I need them all in every color and every style

Let’s move onto more important things now like UPDATES UPDATES UPDATES !!!!

  • I am now offering Dry Needling, this can be done in conjunction with a full session or a standalone session.

  • Packages are still available in 4, 6, 8, and 10 pack options with lower price points.

  • Starting August 1st, I will be increasing the prices for all sessions.

My goal has always been to be the best provider I can and give you the absolute highest level of care. Over the past two years I have taken 3 new certification courses and honed in on more research literature in order to continue to deliver the best results possible for you - the patient.
Beyond that, as you probably already know first-hand, life in general has gotten more expensive and I have not been spared from that professionally or personally. These price changes are necessary in order to keep up with those increases. If you have questions please feel free to reach out to me directly. I'd be happy to discuss how we could still get you the care you need either by utilizing a package or by changing the duration of your session to a shorter time.

As always, I am so grateful to be a part of your team and a part of your journey in moving and feeling the best you can. I am so appreciative of you all and for your support of me and my business. I am always so thankful for this job and that I get to do what I do each and every day.

See you soon,

Dr. Maggie Koethe
