Everyone’s an athlete.

I know what you’re thinking, “how can everyone be an athlete”? It’s simple. No matter what your lifestyle looks like we all do athletic activities throughout the day like carrying groceries, going to a group fitness class with a friend, picking your kids up from the ground, signing up for a race because a friend talked you into it, walking up stairs… you see where I’m going with this.

We all have moments when we need to exert a level of athleticism, so your care deserves to have that tailored approach.

If your lifestyle is naturally athletic, your care should emulate that as well. We will work together to take a movement focused approach which means we aren’t just looking at what is causing pain or issues, we look at your whole body and analyze how we can optimize your care to give you strength to produce resiliency and longevity as you continue to age.

I’ve spent much of my life on a team and I know what it means to be a good teammate. To me it looks like communication, consistency and collaboration.

When we work together, we become a team and we have a common goal, to get you back to your best version of yourself so you can perform your activities or to continue to build off of where you’re currently at.

Hello friend,

I created Nordic Rehab and Chiropractic because I knew there was so much more out there.

The process is tailored around YOU and YOUR needs. Your lifestyle is unique to you so why wouldn’t your care be, as well? You deserve to have a program that is meant for you.

I have spent a number of years coaching athletes and group fitness classes and have been able to see how simple modifications can allow someone to stay within their activity in some capacity without having to take a ton of time off (if any at all).

You deserve to feel empowered and heard, but most importantly, you deserve to feel and move well. I am so excited to be a part of your team and your journey.
