MEET THE TEAM
DR. MAGGIE KOETHE
Hi friend, I’m Maggie Koethe, a movement and rehab focused chiropractor. I work with young athletes, active women, and anyone who loves to move - whether you’re training for a race, rehabbing from an injury, or navigating postpartum recovery. My goal is simple: to help you move confidently and without limitation.
My approach is tailored and personal to you. In high school, I herniated a disc playing hockey and was told I’d never lift heavy again. That didn’t sit right with me and thankfully, through great providers (my chiros, PTs and athletic trainers) I learned that with smart, progressive rehab, “never” doesn’t have to be the answer. That experience shaped how I practice today: I want my patients to know there’s always an option, we just need to find the right one for you.
My care is rooted in movement. I look at how your body moves (not just where it hurts) and find ways to reintroduce those movements safely into your workouts and daily life. I blend chiropractic adjustments, dry needling, soft tissue work, cupping, and corrective exercises to help you move better, not just feel better temporarily. With my background in personal training, I also design rehab and strength plans to keep you progressing while you heal.
Before chiropractic school, I played hockey at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and later fell in love with distance running completing a number of races, including two marathons. Today, I still coach at Orangetheory Fitness and with a local girls’ hockey team, which keeps me connected to the athlete mindset and the power of movement at every level.
When I’m not in the clinic or coaching, you’ll find me running with my dog, trying a new Minneapolis restaurant with my husband, reading (usually multiple books at once), or out on Lake Minnetonka - skiing, surfing, or skating depending on the season.

Hello! I’m Bryan Knipfer, a soft tissue and rehab focused chiropractor. With over a decade in practice, I have experience working with a large variety of people - from young athletes to active adults, office workers to those who work in manufacturing, and individuals with chronic pain.
My focus is on getting you back to everything you love to do as quickly as possible through a combination of joint manipulation and mobilization, soft tissue mobilization, rehab exercises, and strength training. Through my experience in practice, I have found that stopping what you love to do is rarely the answer to pain or injury. More often, we just need to find the right treatment plan for you.
I also do on-site work at employers, working with the health and safety teams to improve employee health and workplace safety practices. Additionally, I do utilization review and management work, giving me greater insight into how the health care system works as a whole.
I was on the cross country ski team in high school and still enjoy skiing (when there is enough snow). After completing over 20 marathons, I switched to participating in long-distance endurance races (triathlons, open water swims, bicycling gran fondos).
When not at the clinic, I’m usually hanging out with my dog (Mack), training for the next triathlon, camping, hiking, gardening, or cooking.
